• Main entrance to building is up nine concrete stairs from footpath level.  Handrail provided.

• Keyhole is 1.3 metres above top step level. Door is hinged on the left and is 1.0 metre wide.
• Common entrance and staircase to each floor from inside front door. No lift provided. 
• Eight internal stairs up to flat 4 on first floor level. Handrail provided. 
• Entrance door into apartment hinged on the left and 80cm wide. There is a floor threshold of 5cm when entering apartment.
