There is an abundance of attractions easily accessible from all our accommodation. Take a 15 minute walk into London's largest open space Richmond Park, where herds of red and fallow deer roam free in 2500 acres of hills, woodlands, gardens and grassland - well worth a visit during any stay in Richmond.
Hundreds of years of royal history can be taken in during a river cruise from the nearby pier passing the magnificent historical buildings of Ham House. The Royal Botanic Kew Gardens' Lion Gate entrance is a 10 minute walk away; this UNESCO World Heritage site holds the most unique collection of plants in the world. |

For walkers, the famous River Thames provides miles of riverbank pathways from which to explore the culture and amazing scenery of the area. Pass under Richmond Bridge; built in 1777, it is the oldest bridge still standing over the Thames in Greater London. Enjoy the Terrace Gardens, rising from the river to Richmond Hill, with stunning views over the countryside.

After all the day's activities, relax the evening away in either of the two live theatres both just a 10 minute walk away. Richmond Theatre, a Victorian building complete with its original features, showcases the best West End and touring productions from across the UK.
The Orange Tree Theatre provides a unique theatrical experience in a small and intimate venue (our returning visitors tend to book their tickets on-line in advance of their arrival).
As for shopping, take the north London overground train from Richmond station direct to the entrance of Europe's largest indoor shopping centre - Westfield Stratford.
